ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of eligible items in online orders initiated within 10 days of order delivery date for a refund. Proof of purchase must be provided.

All merchandise must be in original, un-worn condition with the original tags and packaging attached. Custom pieces are never returnable.

Items must be shipped to the shop within 5 days of the return authorization. An automatic shipping and restocking fee of $9.99 will be applied to the return.

n.w. barstow does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Items sent to us without prior approval or communication will not be accepted and be sent back at the customers expense.  

IN STORE RETURN POLICY 

We accept returns for eligible items brought back to the shop within 10 days of purchase date for a store credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds for in store purchases. Eligible merchandise must be in original, un-worn condition with the original tags attached. Custom pieces are never returnable.
